If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 24 days of your first payment. A stable connection of at least 5 Mbps download is sufficient for smooth video calls. Most home broadband connections in Europe work perfectly. We recommend using a wired connection or sitting close to your router for the best experience. A smartphone with a good 4G/5G signal also works.
Lessons are not recorded by default to protect student privacy. If you would like to record a session for personal revision purposes, please ask your teacher at the start of the class. Recording is only permitted with the teacher's consent.
Yes. If for any reason you feel a different teacher would suit you better, simply let us know and we will arrange a new match — no awkward conversations needed. Finding the right teacher-student fit is important to us.
Any device works — laptop, tablet or smartphone. Zoom and Skype are available for free on all platforms (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android). We recommend using a device with a camera and microphone. A headset or earphones improve audio quality significantly.
